Raise Your Voice! NCPEID Advocacy Letters

In response to the potential dismantling and/or closing of the U.S. Department of Education (Exec. Order No. 14242) including the Office of Special Education Programs, NCPEID has drafted two advocacy letters to address concerns on the potential impact on supporting students with disabilities, school districts, and educators implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Below are two letters: one to share with or as a parent/family member to the Secretary of Education (Linda McMahon) and the other to send to your local legislators.
